Gebhardt-PLAST is an injectable, solvent- and silicone-free single component sealing compound. Gebhardt-PLAST is a polyacrylic dispersion and meets the hygiene requirements for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022.Available in a cartridge, tube or bucket.

No, unlike Gebhardt-MAXX, our Gebhardt-PLAST sealant is not suitable for powder coating.

Yes, Gebhardt-PLAST has been classified according to EMICODE and has been granted the licence to carry the EMICODE: EC1 PLUS - very low emission.

Is Gebhardt-PLAST applicable in the area of kitchen exhaust air?

No, unlike Gebhardt-MAXX and Gebhardt-MASTIC, our Gebhardt-PLAST air duct sealant is not suitable for use in the kitchen exhaust air area.

Is Gebhardt-PLAST applicable in accordance with ISO 846?

Yes, Gebhardt-PLAST fulfils the requirements according to ISO 846 - A, C. The sealing compound is classified as very well disinfectable and fulfils the hygienic requirements for use in RLT systems according to VDI 6022, Sheet 1, Section 3.5.
