Why can't I see any prices for the items?
The prices for our articles will be displayed after login or successful registration. Please note that in case of a registration your customer account has to be activated by us first.
I am already a customer. Do I need to register?
No. In this case, please contact us so that we can activate your existing customer account for the shop.
My account
I would like to set up further accesses for my colleagues
To do this, simply go to "My account" and then to "Contacts". Here you now have the option of creating additional accounts for our Gebhardt-Stahl Shop.
Can I link my own article numbers with those of Gebhardt-Stahl?
Yes, go to "My account" and then to "Order numbers". Here you now have the option of linking your own article numbers to our articles. You can then use these, for example, in the menu item "Quick orders" to find the corresponding article.
What are order lists and what can I use them for?
Order lists allow you to create lists for projects or recurring orders in advance and provide them with the desired information and products. You can also use an order list to request a quote for one or more products. To do this, place the desired products on the order list and then click on the first "action button" in the order list overview.
Order process
What payment methods are available?
Currently you cannot select a payment method. If you are already a customer of ours, the payment method stored in our system will be displayed. If you are a new customer, the payment method "Prepayment" will automatically be stored for your first order. Other payment methods will be available in the near future.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, currently the minimum order value in our shop is 250€ net. If you are below this value, you will not be able to place an order.
I have additional information about my order. Where can I add it?
In the last step of the ordering process, you have the option of entering notes/comments on delivery or other topics in the "Additional information" field. These will be sent to us together with the order and taken into account accordingly.

Where can I find technical documentation for the products?
Technical documents such as safety data sheets and technical data sheets are displayed on the product detail page as soon as you are logged in. If you are not logged in, the downloads are not currently displayed.
