Description

The flange system P 20 made of galvanised steel, is the proven system for increased demands on air tightness. Due to its unique geometry, the Gebhardt-Stahl "P" flange clearly stands out from other flange profiles available on the market. The 30° double profiling gives the frame profiles excellent stability and enables problem-free sheet insertion. The P 20 flange has a length of 5,000 mm, is packed in bundles of 500 m and is always available from stock.

Is the flange applicable in accordance with ISO 846?

Yes, the sealant fulfils the requirements according to ISO 846 - A, C. The sealing compound is classified as very well disinfectable and fulfils the hygienic requirements for use in RLT systems according to VDI 6022, Sheet 1, Section 3.5.

Is the injected butyl sealant suitable for powder coating?

Yes, the Gebhardt-Butyl sealant injected into our "P" flange is suitable for powder coating.
